Nothing. The 32-point Hunter-Gatherer inspection is free, and the written report is yours to keep whether or not you hire Mammoth. It is also your estimate: the same visit gives you a written price for any work it finds, repair or full replacement.
What if my roof is fine?
We tell you. You get the photos, the written grade and a clear explanation of anything that needs attention.
Can you work with my HOA?
We can help you gather the material and color details for your HOA. Requirements depend on your neighborhood; approval comes before work starts.
Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements depend on your address and the work. The local team checks the requirements for your project before work begins.
