The process is the product. Here it is, start to finish.
Every roof, every service, the same steps in the same order. It is why the reviews say the same things in different words.

Before we arrive
Your visit, clearly arranged.
From the first conversation to the final walk-through.
At the inspection
The attic first, every slope, photographs as we go. The Hunter-Gatherer Report and the grade are explained at the kitchen table, then sent to you the same day.
The quote
Line items, measurements, material options side by side, the warranty document and the payment schedule. Nothing to decode, nothing to decide on the spot.
Scheduling
The build date, the permit, the HOA approval and the material delivery, each confirmed as it happens, with what to move off the driveway and out of the attic.
Build day
The production manager on site, a message when the crew arrives, a photograph of the deck once it is exposed and a call if anything under the old roof changes the scope.
QualCheck
The 26-point inspection with photographs of each point, SweepCheck for nails, and a walk-round with you before we call it finished.
After
The warranty document, the registration certificate where a manufacturer's enhanced warranty applies, the photo set, and a tune-up date on the calendar. Then a phone that is answered.

Protection for pools, beds, AC units and driveways before a single shingle comes off.
QualCheck & SweepCheck
The 26-point inspection of the finished roof, and the magnet-and-broom clean-up that follows it.
Straight answers.
Ask your local teamHow long from the inspection to a finished roof?
A repair: usually within the week. A replacement: the permit and materials set the pace, typically one to three weeks from your yes to build day.
What if I get a better quote elsewhere?
Bring it. We'll tell you what's real, what's padding and what's missing, in writing, and we're happy for another roofer to try to beat ours.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes — it's the same Roof Grade visit for every service. Attic first, 75–150 photos, the 32-point Hunter-Gatherer Report, a letter grade and a plain-English verdict. You get the written report whether you hire us or not.
Will you tell me if I don't need the work?
Yes. An A grade is a handshake and a date to look again. A B means a few small repairs, priced in the open, on a roof with years left in it. We'd rather be the roofer you call in ten years than the one who sold you a roof you didn't need.
Who is my contact during the job?
One named person from the first call, and a production manager on build day. Both are on the confirmation you receive before the visit, and the office knows your file if you ring the main number.
Know where
your roof stands.
The Roof Grade is free. The report is written.
What happens next is your decision.
- 32 inspection points, attic first
- 75–150 photos of what we find
- An honest, written recommendation
