A roof is only as good as the people nailing it down.

Ours have been with us for years, wear the purple, and run the same checklist on every roof whether the owner is watching or not. This page introduces the roles; you'll meet the people at your door.

Five roles on every Mammoth job.

The inspector

Runs the Roof Grade: attic first, every slope, 75–150 photos, the 32-point report. Trained to grade honestly, including an A.

The project consultant

Turns the report into a written quote with every line item, walks the options, and never talks about a deductible.

The crew

Purple shirts, workers' comp, years with the company. Same six-nail pattern and the same clean-up on a repair or a replacement.

The production manager

Runs build day: materials, SafeSite protection, the schedule, the 26-point QualCheck and the photo set at the end.

The office

Answers the phone, books the visit, sends the report and chases the permit. Real people in Boerne, Temple and Garland.

The four oxen.

In the old fable, the four oxen are safe while they stand back to back and fall one by one when they separate. That is the heart of what it means to be a Mammoth: we protect your back, your home, your family and your peace of mind, and we do it as one team.

Nobody here is a lone rep selling roofs for whoever pays most this week. The name on the truck, the name on the contract and the person at your door all match, and the office will confirm it if you call.

How to check the person at your door.

The hiring guide has the full checklist.

Ask for the office number

Every Mammoth consultant carries a card with the office line. Call it and ask for them by name.

Ask for the certificate

Workers' compensation and liability, naming you as certificate holder. Ours is ready before you ask.

Ask for the report

If someone quotes a roof without a written inspection, they are guessing. Ours comes with photos and a grade.

About the people.

Ask your local team
Will the person who quotes be the person who runs the job?

The consultant stays your contact; a production manager runs build day and you meet them at the start. One number, two names, both on the paperwork.

Do you subcontract?

Our crews are Mammoth crews and every person on the roof is covered by our workers' compensation. Specialist trades (electrical, for example) are licensed professionals we have worked with for years.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes — it's the same Roof Grade visit for every service. Attic first, 75–150 photos, the 32-point Hunter-Gatherer Report, a letter grade and a plain-English verdict. You get the written report whether you hire us or not.

Know where
your roof stands.

The Roof Grade is free. The report is written.
What happens next is your decision.

  • 32 inspection points, attic first
  • 75–150 photos of what we find
