# Hidden moisture? A free look from a roofer's perspective.

Mammoth Roofing & Exteriors · https://mammothroofs.com/programs/moisture-check/ · (210) 934-9074

After heavy rain, or when something just doesn't smell right, the Mammoth Moisture Check is a complimentary visual courtesy review: we look for obvious signs of moisture, dislodged vent stacks and roof penetrations that may need a specialist, and tell you plainly what we saw.

## Four steps.

A courtesy review, not a diagnosis. If we see something a specialist should look at, we say so.

- **Free, no-obligation visit**: A roofer looks at the accessible attic, the roof surface and the penetrations for visible signs of moisture.

- **What we saw, in writing**: Photos and plain-English notes of anything obvious.

- **Roof expert consultation**: If the roof itself needs work, the full Roof Grade and a written quote.

- **Decide your option**: Repair, replace, refer to a specialist, or nothing.
