Every roof, every service, the same steps in the same order. It is why the reviews say the same things in different words.

## Eight steps, one roof.

The first four cost you nothing and commit you to nothing.

- **The call**: A real person, a time that suits you, and a clear next step for your roof.

- **The Roof Grade**: Attic first. Every slope test-squared. 75–150 time-stamped photos. The 32-point Hunter-Gatherer Report scored and graded A–F.

- **The verdict**: Leave it, repair it, or replace it, in plain English, with the evidence. An A grade is a handshake and a date to look again.

- **The written quote**: Squares, pitch, material options side by side, decking per sheet, ventilation included. Take it to anyone.

- **Scheduling and permit**: A build date, the permit pulled, the HOA color approved, materials ordered.

- **Build day**: SafeSite protection for the house and yard. Tear-off, deck inspection, the Monumental Installation System: Igloo Shield™ ice and water shield, Pelt Felt™ synthetic underlayment, Stamp-Tight Nails® (ring-shank roofing nails), the Double Tusk™ Pipe Flashing System, ventilation.

- **QualCheck**: The 26-point post-install inspection with photos, SweepCheck for nails, and the walk-through with you.

- **The warranty**: The Mammoth Two Tusk Limited Lifetime Warranty document in your hands, and a tune-up date on the calendar.

## The Mammoth Boutique Experience

The Mammoth Boutique Experience is high-touch, personalized roofing service designed to make homeowners feel taken care of at every step. It combines contractor expertise with the kind of attention, communication, and hospitality you would expect from a five-star experience.

- **Before the visit**: A confirmation with the name of the person coming and the time. They wear the purple and the office will vouch for them if you call.

- **At the inspection**: The attic first, every slope, photographs as we go. The Hunter-Gatherer Report and the grade are explained at the kitchen table, then sent to you the same day.

- **The quote**: Line items, measurements, material options side by side, the warranty document and the payment schedule. Nothing to decode, nothing to decide on the spot.

- **Scheduling**: The build date, the permit, the HOA approval and the material delivery, each confirmed as it happens, with what to move off the driveway and out of the attic.

- **Build day**: The production manager on site, a message when the crew arrives, a photograph of the deck once it is exposed and a call if anything under the old roof changes the scope.

- **QualCheck**: The 26-point inspection with photographs of each point, SweepCheck for nails, and a walk-round with you before we call it finished.

- **After**: The warranty document, the registration certificate where a manufacturer's enhanced warranty applies, the photo set, and a tune-up date on the calendar. Then a phone that is answered.

## What the words on the quote mean.

- **Hunter-Gatherer Report**: The 32-point inspection checklist across roof surface, attic and ventilation, and water flow, scored into a grade.

- **Monumental Installation System**: The way every Mammoth roof goes on: deck, Igloo Shield™, Pelt Felt™, Stamp-Tight Nails®, the Double Tusk™ Pipe Flashing System, ventilation, flashings.

- **SafeSite**: Protection for pools, beds, AC units and driveways before a single shingle comes off.

- **QualCheck & SweepCheck**: The 26-point inspection of the finished roof, and the magnet-and-broom clean-up that follows it.

## Straight answers.

### How long from the inspection to a finished roof?

A repair: usually within the week. A replacement: the permit and materials set the pace, typically one to three weeks from your yes to build day.

### What if I get a better quote elsewhere?

Bring it. We'll tell you what's real, what's padding and what's missing, in writing, and we're happy for another roofer to try to beat ours.

### Is the inspection really free?

Yes — it's the same Roof Grade visit for every service. Attic first, 75–150 photos, the 32-point Hunter-Gatherer Report, a letter grade and a plain-English verdict. You get the written report whether you hire us or not.

### Will you tell me if I don't need the work?

Yes. An A grade is a handshake and a date to look again. A B means a few small repairs, priced in the open, on a roof with years left in it. We'd rather be the roofer you call in ten years than the one who sold you a roof you didn't need.

### Who is my contact during the job?

One named person from the first call, and a production manager on build day. Both are on the confirmation you receive before the visit, and the office knows your file if you ring the main number.
