Nothing. The 32-point Hunter-Gatherer inspection is free, and the written report is yours to keep whether or not you hire Mammoth.

### What if my roof is fine?

We tell you. You get the photos, the written grade and a clear explanation of anything that needs attention.

### Can you work with my HOA?

We can help you gather the material and color details for your HOA. Requirements depend on your neighborhood; approval comes before work starts.

### Do I need a permit?

Permit requirements depend on your address and the work. The local team checks the requirements for your project before work begins.
