# Build more than a career. Build with Mammoth.

Mammoth Roofing & Exteriors · https://mammothroofs.com/careers/ · (210) 934-9074

A trade with a real ceiling, a company built on process and reputation, and a team that takes its people with it. Start with a Career Overview.

## An essential service. A real career.

Most people never consider it, which is exactly why the people who do tend to do well.

- **The ticket size**: A roof is a five-figure sale, every time. The arithmetic of a commission on that is different from anything sold across a counter.

- **The income**: Reps who learn the system earn what the ticket size implies. The ceiling is set by the work you put in, not by a pay band.

- **Homeowners decide**: You sit at a kitchen table with the person who owns the roof and makes the decision. No procurement department, no committee.

- **Natural urgency**: After hail or wind, the roof cannot wait. The need is real and the timing is the weather's, not a sales quarter's.

- **An essential service**: Everyone has a roof and every roof wears out. The work exists in good years and bad.

- **Insurance restoration**: When a storm hits, demand behaves differently from a discretionary purchase: the claim funds the roof, and the homeowner needs a company they can trust with it.

- **A real career**: Reps become Herd Leaders, Herd Leaders become Mastodons, and the company keeps opening markets. The promotions are real because the growth is real.

## Five core values. A name you can stand behind.

What every person at Mammoth works by, from the field to the office.

- **Integrity**: Tell the truth about the roof, even when it costs the sale.

- **Reputation**: Hundreds of reviews across Texas and a name in Boerne since 2017: you sell with that behind you.

- **Growth**: Local teams in five Texas markets and counting, and room to grow for the people who perform.

- **Service**: The Mammoth Boutique Experience: high-touch, personal service that makes homeowners feel taken care of at every step.

- **Relentless advocacy**: We guide and protect our neighbors, and stay in their corner from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.

## Room to lead. A team to build with.

- **Leadership opportunity**: Growth does not start or stop within the core sales role. Leaders are made from the start, and the path is written down.

- **Culture**: A team that stands back to back. The four oxen in the old fable are safe while they do, and fall one by one when they separate.

- **Building something**: Not another job. A market you help open, a team you help lead, a company that shows its people what it is building and takes them with it.

## The tools. The training. The team.

- **Mentor-style field training**: You ride with people who are already doing it. The owner still coaches reps and walks jobs.

- **The Mammoth Training System**: Far more than a sales playbook: the scripts, the field breakdowns, the inspection and report system, and the mindset behind them.

- **The field toolkit**: Best-in-class tools for the inspection, the report and the quote, so you sell with evidence, not pressure.

- **The Bully Bag**: Inspection and repair tools on your back from the first climb: the small fixes that turn an inspection into a customer.

- **A ladder**: Yours from the first day. Mammoth works to OSHA safety guidelines and has processes that reinforce safety expectations with its crews.

- **Uniforms**: The purple. The name on the shirt matches the truck and the contract, and the office will vouch for you.

- **An iPad**: The inspection, the photographs, the report and the quote, on one screen at the kitchen table.

- **Marketing support**: Leads, local campaigns, the website, reviews and a brand people already know, so your day starts with appointments.

- **Health, dental and vision**: After the eligibility period, the cover a real career comes with.

- **Contests**: Monthly and seasonal, with real prizes, because the scoreboard should be fun as well as honest.

- **Incentives**: Bonuses tied to the numbers that matter: set, sold, installed, reviewed.

- **The annual Mammoth trip**: The team and their families, every year. We know what a family gives up while someone builds a career, and the trip is how we say so.

- **A leadership path**: Reps become Herd Leaders. Herd Leaders become Mastodons. Every market we open needs leaders who came up through the field.

## The sacrifice: simple, not easy.

The system is simple: knock, inspect, report, tell the truth, follow up. Doing it every day in a Texas summer is not easy, and the people who succeed here have one thing in common before any skill: grit.

We also know who else pays for a career being built: the family at home. The annual trip, the schedule, the way we talk about time off, all of it starts from that.

## Hear it from Scott.

The Career Overview in Scott Edwards's own words: the work, the system behind it and what Mammoth provides.

_Career Overview: Scott Edwards on a sales career at Mammoth_

## It starts with a conversation.

The founder answers the call when new reps want to bet on themselves. Over the past decade he has built multiple seven-figure sales teams from scratch and mentored reps with zero experience into six figures. None of that matters if we're not building something you believe in.

If you're serious about growth, book the Career Overview. It's thirty minutes on Zoom, and it ends with a straight answer about whether Mammoth is the place.

## Where we're hiring.

- **Sales representative**: Door-to-door and appointment-based, local territory, paid training, commission that reflects the work.

- **Crew & field**: Installers and crew leads who take pride in a six-nail pattern and a clean driveway. Workers' comp on every crew.

- **Production & office**: Production managers who run build day, and office roles in Boerne, Temple and Garland.

## Your next chapter starts here.

The next steps from the Mammoth Career Overview.

- **Request a Career Overview**: Tell us a little about yourself using the form above.

- **Schedule an interview**: The team gets in touch to arrange a one-to-one conversation.

- **Meet for 30 minutes**: Talk about the role, the work and whether Mammoth is the right fit.

- **Onboarding Mondays**: For successful applicants, the next step is the Monday onboarding.

## Before you apply.

### Do I need roofing experience?

No. Training is paid and hands-on, and the Mammoth Training System exists because most of our best people started without it.

### Where would I work?

Close to home: San Antonio and the Hill Country, Austin and Round Rock, Temple and Belton, or the Fort Worth / Dallas area.

### How do I apply?

Book the Career Overview above. It's the first step for every hire.

### What happens at the Career Overview?

A group session on Zoom, about thirty minutes, where the owner walks through the industry, the company, the sales model and the path, and takes questions. If it is for you, the next step is a one-to-one interview, and new hires start on a Monday.

### Is this a commission-only job?

Sales roles are commission-based with paid training and the full toolkit provided; the comp plan is explained line by line at the Career Overview and in writing before you accept. Crew, production and office roles are paid roles.
